PM2 (Project Manager) is a web-based application designed to help users organize projects, tasks, action items, schedules, and related activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how PM2 handles personal information, including information obtained through integrations with Google services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features used, PM2 may process:

• Account information, such as names, email addresses, and application roles.
• Project information, including tasks, action items, descriptions, deadlines, and assignments.
• Calendar information required to support scheduling and synchronization.
• Technical information needed for application operation, security, and troubleshooting.

3. Google Calendar Integration

PM2 offers optional integration with Google Calendar.

When a user authorizes this integration, PM2 may access calendar information within the permissions granted by that user.

PM2 requests the Google Calendar events permission (calendar.events). Its enabled features include reading events, creating events, updating events, and synchronizing scheduling information between PM2 and the connected Google Calendar.

Google Calendar information is used to provide calendar-related functionality within PM2, not for advertising.

PM2's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. How Information Is Used

PM2 uses information to:

• Provide project management and scheduling functionality.
• Support collaboration among authorized application users.
• Synchronize calendar information when requested or configured.

5. Information Sharing

PM2 does not sell personal information or Google Calendar data.

PM2 stores Google authorization tokens in its application database for use by the integration. Access to sensitive information depends on application access controls and the security of the hosting environment.

No internet-based application can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

PM2 stores information to operate the application and support its users. The application does not enforce a general automatic retention or deletion period.

Users may request information about deleting their accounts or associated personal data by contacting the application administrator.

Disconnecting Google Calendar in PM2 clears the stored authorization tokens for that connection, preventing further access through those tokens. It does not delete information previously synchronized into PM2 or events already created in Google Calendar. Disconnecting in PM2 does not itself revoke the permission granted in your Google Account.

8. User Choices

Users may choose whether to authorize Google Calendar integration.

Users can revoke PM2's Google access through their Google Account's third-party connection settings.

Some PM2 calendar features may stop working after authorization is revoked.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in PM2 functionality, integrations, or data-handling practices.

The current version will be made available through the PM2 website.
